We offer worldwide shipping with the exception of the USA due to shipping tariffs.

Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Domestic Orders
There is a flat standard shipping fee of $7.99 to urban areas. Rural areas will incur an extra charge of $5.

All orders above $120 will have free shipping provided as long as it is under 15kg.

International Orders
International shipping fee is dependent on the destination country and weight/dimensions of the package.

We'll provide a rough estimate upon checkout, and if it's a bit more after we put the package together, we'll let you know.

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00p.m on weekdays (Monday to Friday) on the same day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Standard shipping within New Zealand to typically takes 2-3 business days. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for rural delivery.

International shipping times depend on the package weight/dimensions and destination.

This depends on your delivery location. Please give us a call or send us an email to check availability. Overnight shipping isn’t available for rural addresses or on Saturdays.
