A firm, pastille type sweet. English wine gum are slightly less sweet than a regular wine gum. Very tasty and very popular.
Ingredients: Glucose - fructose syrup, sugar, wheat starch, gelatine, modified starch (maize, potato), food acid (lactic acid), flavours, colours (100, 120, 141, 153, 160c), glazing agents (vegetable oil, beeswax, carnauba wax)
